RESEARCH AND PERSONA DEVELOPMENT
To gain valuable insights, we developed a set of 24 targeted questions and conducted interviews with ten individuals. These interviews explored various aspects, such as their preferences, pain points, shopping habits, and social media usage. I analyzed the data and created visualizations to draw meaningful conclusions. The personas we developed were directly informed by the insights gathered from these interviews, ensuring they were authentic and relevant.

FINAL OUTCOME
This project stands out as one of the most successful academic endeavors I’ve undertaken. Our work received high praise from my professor for the intricate persona designs and the overall presentation layout. The project was further recognized by winning first place in Persona Development at RedFest 2022.
